- The International Judging System (IJS) will be used for all Preliminary through Senior Well Balanced Program free skate events, all Juvenile through Senior short program events, all EXCEL PLUS events, EXCEL Juvenile to Senior free skate events, and adult events from Adult Silver and up and all Championship Master events.
